I am a governance expert with over twenty years’ experience in leading organisations. I have delivered Charity Law and Governance training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies Belfast, to Chief Executives and Trustees and have designed and delivered bespoke governance training. As a Barrister, I have used my skills as a Communications Consultant and have helped people apply for roles and prepare for interview.

I have coached and mentored individuals in their Non-Executive journey. I offer experienced Board Members personalised coaching and mentoring to unlock difficult issues.
